When exiting the airport make a right onto Guadalupe Parkway (HWY 87 South).
Continue down Guadalupe Parkway (HWY 87 South) to the Park Avenue Exit.
Make a left on Park Avenue and continue down 3 blocks.
Make a right turn on S. Market Street.
Make a U-Turn around Plaza de Cesar Chavez Park.
The Hotel will be on the right side between San Carlos Street and San Fernando Street.

3. How do I get my badge and event materials?

Badges are available to solutions providers at the sponsorship orientation on Sunday evening. All other attendees may pick up their badge at the registration desk on Monday morning or anytime after.


4. What is the dress code?

The Global Summit dress code is business casual.


5. Are meals included in my registration?

Sunday: Welcome reception with light hors d'oeuvres

Monday: Continental breakfast, Networking Lunch, Networking Breaks and Networking reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres.

Tuesday: Continental breakfast, Networking lunch, Networking breaks, and Networking reception

Wednesday: GIL University- additional registration fees do apply


6. May I bring a guest to the evening receptions Sunday and Monday?

Please send all requests prior to the event to eventregistration@frost.com.


7. Will I be able to give feedback for the event?

We value your feedback and will include a form in your event materials. We ask that you return this form to us at the Frost & Sullivan registration desk.
