The Journey Continues
Today's competitive global business arena makes it tough to survive, let alone thrive. Businesses need to continuously reinvent themselves to meet the changing needs of their customers, and exceed the offerings of their competitors. Much like the evolution of a successful company, our GIL Community has also evolved, and is thriving as a result.
In 2008, we spoke about best practices, tools and strategies for any business climate. In 2009, our focus turned to the three essential elements for success—Growth, Innovation and Leadership. As 2010 unfolded, we explored how a global community can share best practices, engage one another and inspire new ideas on how to leverage innovation as a resource to address global challenges. And 2011 finds us examining how mega trends help us identify unmet needs and lead us to discovering new opportunities for growth and innovation as we prepare for 2020 and beyond.
In 2012 we'll be focusing on where we’re headed and how our visionaries, innovators and thought leaders will guide us with proven tools and strategies for the Growth Team's "Journey to Visionary Innovation," a path every company serious about growth must travel.
We look forward to sharing this journey with you.
Sincerely,

David Frigstad
